In this terms and conditions hereafter these names will be called as:

* M/S.Vokari Dreams Priavate Limited                         : Company

* Residential Independent Villa worth Rs.1 Crores   : Offer Product

* Lucky draw Winner                                                        : Winner

  1. This “Residential Independent Villa Worth ₹1 Crores (herein after called Offer Product) is offered prospective winner of draw up on Buying a T-Shirt worth ₹999/-.
  2. This lucky draw Campaign Validity Period: _______ 2025 to __________ 2026.
  3. An adult Indian resident Customer, who make a purchase of T-Shirt worth ₹999/- (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Only) from M/S. Vokari Dreams Private Limited (Herein after called as Company) through our official Website (Vahdreams.com) by getting a valid Unique Code are eligible for draw.
  4. An Individual or Institution can buy one or more T-Shirts in a single transaction under a tax invoice from our Company (“Eligible invoice”) will get a unique code for each T-Shirt and will have same number of entries of eligibility for final Draw.

  5. Only Purchase of T-Shirt does not guarantee for winning the Villa (Offer Product), Valid Unique code from our Company is must to be a participant in the Lucky Draw.

  6. Value of Offer product is worth of ₹1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crores) in present market value. Which is in Ready to move in condition, without interiors. Images and description of Villa are shown on company website (Vahdreams.com).
  7. Any individual can visit the Offer product site/property/ villa, at any time during the scheme period for physical confirmation. However, such visit will be permitted only by taking prior appointment from Company by contacting designated person. It is Mandatory to precent the copy of invoice or Unique Code for appointment for Site visit.
  8. Company reserves the right to decide about the Date / Venue and time for the final draw. Company is not responsible to ensure 100% physical presence of customers/ participants for the final draw.
  9. Information about Date, Time and Venue for the final draw will be declared on company’s official website well in advance and URL link for live telecast of the event will be provided on company website.
  10. Company reserves the absolute right to plan and execute the final draw in terms of inviting guests for final draw.
  11. Up on announcement of final winner, he/she should sign an affidavit with terms & conditions for the scheme winner.

  12. Winner of Offer product WILL NOT be permitted to take procession of the villa till the time of property getting transferred by registered sale deed in winner’s name.

  13. Strictly NO alterations/ modifications to Villa will be permitted before transferring the property on Lucky Draw Winner’s name.
  14. All expenses/ Taxes/ Stamp duty charges towards transfer of property/ offer product are to be borne by winner.
  15. Under no circumstances shall the company be held liable for participants not receiving web link or any communication by SMS or WhatsApp or email.
  16. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to a single entry per unique code. Any disputant customer shall be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organiser I.e. M/S Vokari Dreams Private Limited.

  17. Purchases made before or after the Campaign Period shall not qualify for participation or benefits under this Campaign.

    Customers must provide accurate personal details (name, contact number, and email ID (if available) at the time of purchase and ensure that these details are correctly recorded in the invoice.
  19. Buying T shirt at offer price I.e Rs. 999/- for Participation in lucky draw is voluntary, and customers are advised to read and understand these T&Cs before buying.
  20. Winners will be selected via computerized randomiser or draw of lots from the pool of the database of Eligible Bills/ unique code.
  21. The company is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information (such as name, contact details, Emil ID, or other personal information) of Eligible Customer on invoices.
  22. Winners will be notified via contact details (email ID or phone number) provided on the Eligible Bill. The is not liable for failed notifications due to incorrect contact details or non-responsiveness.
  23. Company is not responsible for technical issues including mobile network failures, website downtime, or regulatory disruptions.
  24. Winners agree to be photographed/recorded with their prize, tag the company on social media, and consent to the use of their content in company’s marketing materials. The Company may feature the Winner and its details on digital, print, or audio-visual media including on its website, online platforms or social media
  25. Company reserves the right to: (a) Disqualify Participants or Winner for breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) select alternate Winners in case of disqualification or non-compliance; (c) Request verification documents such as proof of payment for purchase.
  26. Winners must claim the offer product within fifteen (30) days of being notified and must submit all required documents. Failure to provide the necessary documentation within the specified timeline shall result in forfeiture of the offer product.
  27. All customers’ who purchased from any source should ensure to obtain eligible invoice and unique code.
  28. Any visible damage or defect in the Offer product must be reported at the time of receipt. No subsequent claims shall be entertained.
  29. All applicable taxes, levies, and statutory charges, including but not limited to TDS and Gift Tax under Income Tax Act, shall be borne solely by the winning customer. The Company shall have no responsibility whatsoever in this regard.
  30. Winners shall not be eligible for the offer product if the qualifying order is subsequently cancelled or returned.
  31. Benefits under the Campaign are non-transferable non-exchangeable and cannot be encashed for money or clubbed with any other Offers of the company.
  32. The Organiser disclaims all liability regarding the merchantability, quality, or fitness of the offer product.
  33. The Organiser shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or defect arising after the delivery of the offer product.
  34. Customer is not charged extra for participating in the Contest/Campaign.
  35. Organiser reserves its right to cancel or amend the terms of this Campaign without assigning any reason or prior notice.
  36. Company reserves its right to curtail or extend the Campaign validity Period as deems fit and necessary with out prior intimation to customers.
  37. By participating in this lucky draw campaign, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and waive their right to claim any ambiguity. Participation constitutes waiver of any ambiguity and specific consent to company to contact for future promotions, including bypassing ‘Do not Disturb’ status (“DND”) preferences.
  38. By participating in the Campaign, Participants and Winners unconditionally grant company , its affiliates, licensees, and assignees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, announce, or refer to their name, photograph, personal details, slogan, and any other content submitted or created in connection with the Campaign/Contest (“Material”) across any media or format—whether print, electronic, digital, social media, or any platform now known or hereafter developed—for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, without any further compensation, notice, or consent. Participants and Winners expressly waive all current and future rights, claims, or demands, including any right to compensation or objection, against Organiser or its personnel in relation to the use of such Material.
  39. The Organiser’s liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the value of the offer product to Winner.
  40. No disputes, or grievances regarding the Campaign mechanics, prize distribution, or selection process shall be entertained. Company’s decision is final and binding on Participants/Winners.
  41. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Campaign/Contest are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Hyderabad & Secunderabad only.
  42. In the event, the Campaign becomes void or unenforceable due to enactment of new laws, amendments to existing laws, or judicial/interim orders, the company shall not be under any obligation to provide the offer product/prize or any compensation in lieu thereof.
